Carl Wolf is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with decades of experience building, scaling, and operating companies across technology-driven industries. He has held senior executive roles where he led growth strategy, commercial execution, and organizational expansion in high-stakes environments.

Throughout his career, Carl has operated at the intersection of leadership and execution, making decisions where outcomes carry real consequences. His perspective is shaped by experience in the field, not theory — practical, direct, and grounded in what actually works.

Carl has successfully founded and developed multiple companies, including Alpine Lace Brands Inc., which was taken public on NASDAQ (LACE) and later sold through Merrill Lynch in 1997. He also co-founded Mama Mancini’s Inc. (now Mama Creations, NASDAQ MAMAS), a company that has grown into a publicly traded brand with a market value of approximately $600 million.

An accomplished speaker and educator, Carl has taught at the college level and delivered presentations at business forums and investor events. He is available for speaking engagements, leadership forums, corporate events, and private sessions.

Carl graduated as a Phi Beta Kappa and Henry Rutgers Scholar from Rutgers, New Brunswick, NJ, and with Honors and Beta Gamma Sigma with an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.
